If you are travelling in a large group, approximately 3 weeks before the trip, you will be asked to either let your group leader know who you wish to share with, or alternatively you will be asked to log onto our system and click yourself into a room with your friends (this is dependent on how your group leader chooses to do this). As detailed at the time of booking, we allocate rooms to maximum occupancy in order to be able to provide you and your group with the cheapest possible base price.
Whichever way you allocate yourselves to rooms, we will aim to use these groupings for our coach lists, meaning that you travel to and from resort with your friends.
Rooms sizes can vary from 2 person rooms all the way up to 10 person rooms. In France, a lot of the accommodation is privately owned so rooms can sometimes vary quite drastically when it comes to standards and configuration. As an example, a normal configuration of a 4 person room would be a set of bunk beds in the corridor and a pull out double sofa bed. There are also occasionally double beds- we allocate 2 people to a double bed.
