If clients are quarantined any decisions made are in the hands of the medical professionals responsible.
When signing up to travel with us, all clients have to provide next of kin details, who we will be in contact with throughout, as well as University staff members.
Depending on the severity of the incident, we have an escalation plan in place, which we can escalate any decision/communication to senior members of staff, though we always assess the most appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly suggest that all individuals have the appropriate insurance to cover them should there be additional costs associated with quarantining.
